Construction work has begun on Lihula street lighting

AS Connecto Eesti in cooperation with Kagu Elekter OÜ has started work on the reconstruction of street lighting for Lihula town, Kirbla village and Tuudi village. The value of the contract concluded last winter with Lääne County Government is 949 125 euros.

With the help of the “Renovation of street lighting infrastructure” grant from the Environmental Investment Centre, the existing 302 luminaires will be replaced with LED luminaires in the town of Lihula and in Kirbla and Tuudi villages, new posts for luminaires will be installed and the infrastructure connected with street lighting will be renewed. Under the order of Imatra Elekter AS, which is the electricity distribution network company in the region, we will lay an additional 10 km of new land cable lines and will upgrade 115 household inputs. The final delivery of the works to the customer is scheduled for November 2019. The project manager at Connecto is Tiit Jurtom.
